We all scream for Ice Cream!

Yes you can have ice cream. You just have to be careful of your macros. If you have leftover macros, eat up! There are options for ice creams and I have tried a couple for you already.
The best Keto Option is Rebel. We don't have it in Rochester. But I hear, through the message boards, that it's best the best tasting and creamiest. It is also the least amount of carbs and no sugar at all.
I also haven't seen Wink anywhere around Rochester but the message boards say it's hands down the worst. Really icy consistency. If you see it, pass it up.
I have tried Halo Top. Not a huge fan. I microwave it for 10-15 seconds, because you can't eat it right out of the freezer. It's like an ice cube with a really gritty consistency. So either leave it out or shoot it through the microwave quickly. Its ok. I had some stomach issues with the sugar substitute, myself.
My favorite so far is Enlightened. Its lower net carb than Halo Top but more calories. The taste was creamier than Halo Top and the flavors were just better. I also nuked it in the microwave for 10 seconds before scooping. Best flavors I have tried so far:
1. Marshmallow Peanut Butter (Its like eating a fluffernutter sandwich) - it sells out!
2. Brownie cookie dough chocolate (Really strong chocolate and bits of brownies)
3. Cookie Dough (just yummy)
