The one thing you realize real quick is to embrace tacos on Keto. Taco Salads, Taco Pies, Tacos with baked cheese shells (coming soon). I made this taco pie as a meal prep on a Sunday and ate it for dinner with a side salad a couple days in a row. I love me some sour cream and guacamole so tacos are a god send on this "diet". Here is a winner for a crustless taco pie!
On Keto the one thing you have to know is that sugar is in EVERYTHING. Look at labels. You can no longer buy taco seasoning. Embrace making your own! Recipe below
Adapted from Motherwouldknow.com

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink about 7 minutes, breaking up any clumps with a wooden spoon.

Spread the beef mixture in the greased pie pan.
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, cream, and garlic.
Pour slowly over the beef mixture in the pan.
Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set and the cheese is browned.
